Oaty Bowl - Shared by Zi Ling


5 tbsp of rolled oats

1 tbsp of chia seeds

​2 tbsp of greek yoghurt

​Meiji milk

​Almond chia butter or peanut butter

​Berries/fruits (optional)


1. Fill a jar or bowl with rolled oats

2. Pour Meiji milk over oats till well covered. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.

3. Next day - Add greek yoghurt, chia seeds, fruits then drizzle almond chia butter or peanut butter over! 

Fast and easy. No stove top required!
