If you are sneezing, have a runny nose, cough and sore throat, it is likely to be a cold.
What should you do?
- Take over-the-counter medication
- Drink lots of water.
- Get sufficient rest.
You should recover within a week.
However, if you also have a fever, body aches, fatigue and persistent dry cough, chances are, you've got the flu. To know for sure, see a doctor. The good news is, the cold and flu are preventable.
Here's some tips:
- Wash your hands with soap and water
- Get a flu vaccination
- Eat healthily and exercise 30 mins a day.
