"I strive to make a difference.  I am currently helping the microbiology laboratory work towards automation. Over the last few years, there have been dramatic changes in the lab. This is big because microbiology labs have always been perceived to be too complex due to the variety of specimens we receive, and too expensive to automate.  I feel very proud to have the opportunity to be a part of this.
