"The role of a research administrator is multi-faceted – I can be both communicator and problem solver, trying to understand individual viewpoints while demanding a high level of honesty, integrity and ethics from our researchers. 

The team covers an entire spectrum of health and disease conditions and it is fascinating to learn about the diversity and richness from the research activities being conducted at the primary care level, where we hope to find better and more effective ways to provide quality care for our patients and their families.

Most importantly, I have come to appreciate the relationship between our researchers and stakeholders. It's a collaborative effort and with a shared vision, we can develop new approaches where we could meet and find common ground."
