Physiotherapy came as a natural choice for me. I was introduced at a very young age when accompanying my grandmother to her therapy sessions after her stroke. I remember being mesmerised by all the people at different machines doing exercises and the care and concern everyone had for each other.

I have the absolute privilege of being a very small part of my patients’ and their families’ journey through prematurity. It’s one that is often filled with many highs and lows. Sometimes the lows can be very challenging and knowing that I can be there to help parents see the strengths in their babies and look ahead to brighter days is more than enough to make me keep coming back to work day after day.
