Dr Liew Boon Wah
Dr Liew Boon Wah is a Consultant with the Department of Cardiology, Changi General Hospital with a special interest in interventional cardiology. He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS), School of Medicine in 2003. He completed his basic specialty training in Internal Medicine and obtained his MRCP (United Kingdom) in 2008. He completed his cardiology training in November 2012. He did his interventional cardiology training as a fellow at Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan from 2014 to 2015.
He is currently practising in Changi General Hospital and is involved in the care of general cardiology patients as well as performing interventional procedures for patients with coronary artery disease. His interest lies in the management of acute coronary syndrome patients. He is the Director of the Acute Myocardial Infarction program as well as the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program.
