The 6P model
The main goal in HELMS (Healthy Early Life Moments in Singapore) is to help you optimize your metabolic health. One of the key components in this journey is to develop a healthy eating mindset and good dietary habits.
In order to identify the components of nutrition that you can adopt, we present to you the 6P model. The 6P was designed based on the concept of mental model which provides a framework for self-awareness, self-evaluation and self-education.

5. Physicality
