ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Patient is a Singapore Citizen
  • Patient is a permanent resident aged 65 years and above (domestic helper's employer must be a Singapore citizen)

Other Criteria-
  • Household monthy income must be $2,600 per person or less. If the household has no income, the annual value of the property must be less than $13,000
  • Domestic helper's employer must be a family member living with the same patient at the same NRIC registered address
  • Domestic helper must attend an AIC-approved caregiver training course

Visit the respective agencies’ websites for updates and other information. The FAR needs only to be filled in once and can be used for various schemes. Eligible patients submit a photocopy of their completed FAR when applying for other schemes. Forms can be obtained from the AIC are Hub or downloaded from the Primary Care Pages (https://www.primarycarepages.sg/FAR -form.aspx).
