About Dr Andrew Wong Peng Yong

Dr Andrew Wong Peng Yong is a Senior Staff Registrar with the department of Post-Acute and Continuing Care (PACC) at Bright Vision Hospital (BVH), which is under SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH). 

Dr Wong graduated from National University of Singapore in 2006. He completed the Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) in 2016 and is currently a tutor for trainees undertaking the Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine (GDFM) and Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) under the College of Family Physicians, Singapore (CFPS). 

In his current role, Dr Wong delivers transitional care to elderly patients with complex care needs. Together with his multidisciplinary team, he partners patients, caregivers and general practitioners (GPs) in providing sustainable, evidence-based, patient-centric healthcare in the community.
