"It is people who effect and affect change, and some of the best changes come from the ground up. I once had a nurse who recommended improving the process which involved counselling the IVF patients.  While we created an updated set of slides to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the information, it was the rest of the nurses who suggested making the presentation into a video so that they did not have to repeat themselves at every counselling session.  It was short, simple and effective."
