“In the NNI Parkinson Disease and Movement Disorders Centre, we have been harnessing technology to improve treatments.   We are collaborating with York University to analyse a glove device which can potentially differentiate between a Parkinson Disease patient with or without dementia.

We’re also working with NUS on a device to overcome freezing in the gait of Parkinson Disease patients. It is inevitable that medical and technology come together for the good of the patients and productivity.”
