About the National Medical Research Council (NMRC)
The NMRC, established under MOH in 1994, provides competitive research funds to publicly funded healthcare institutions; awards competitive research funds for thematic programmes and developmental projects; provides support for critical infrastructure for clinical research; and nurtures clinician scientists through awards and fellowships.
