NCID, NUH, and SGH will be taking part in an international phase three trial on the use of Remdisvir on patients diagnosed with COVID-19. It was initially used to treat ebola. Requirement for trials started in mid-February. NCID said that it failed as an ebola drug but said that it was found to be the most effective drug so far in the laboratories.
