​Parkinson's Disease is the second most common neurodegenerative disease in Singapore which means that three in every 1,000 Singaporeans above the age of 50 suffer from it. Parkinson's Disease make one suffer from uncontrollable shaking of the limbs while other symptoms could extend beyond movement and could cause problems with sleep and moods. Some patients with the disease recommend staying active through daily exercise, gathering strength from the support of family and friends and by staying positive.
