"As part of their eye examinations, patients often have to go through pupil dilation. After their pupils are dilated, their vision will become blurred for about 4 to 6 hours.
Previously, nurses at SNEC have used wordy information sheets to help patients understand the effects of pupil dilation. Patients found these difficult to read especially with their blurred vision.

My team and I decided to design a new sheet which is pictorial with friendlier language. This allows us to deliver the information across to patients in a consistent and efficient manner, making it clearer for patients to understand. Other eye clinics are now adapting it for themselves."
