25 Febuary 2020 - As it is becoming more common for people to work from home during the COVID-19 season, Janet Chan, Clinical Psychologist, CGH, shared how some people may experience adverse psychological reactions from being confined indoors for an extended period of time. She explained why this happens, and provided some tips on how one can mitigate this and be positive about the experience.
