"Research is natural to me, and I can say it is even part of my genes!  I grew up at the university campus where my parents taught and decided to pursue scientific research as my career from a very young age.  I have been working on a few projects on health services research, emergency medicine, and cardiovascular research, and through my years in these fields, I've learnt that a successful researcher should have good mentors, as well as passionate mentees.

How we pass the torch of knowledge from senior to junior researcher is the key in building a sustainable research community.  My works and thoughts might not be significant, but they could inspire some great ideas. That is why I am not only keen to share with others my professional knowledge, but also my personal experiences in conducting research."
