"I have been in the haematology department for the past 21 years and it is my calling to stay in this field especially since my parents passed on due to cancer.  My personal experience has helped me to relate to my patients' fears and worries. My greatest joy is seeing a patient whom I have cared for since he was two years old overcoming his illness.  He is now in his 20s and is fit and healthy."
