"When you have been working on something for a long time, it doesn't mean that it is the best and only way to do things.  We must always keep a curious and open mind.  When I encounter a road block or if there is a resistance to change, I always go back to the fundamentals - our patients. It's about improving their care and facilitating their recovery. If we can agree on that, we can work around anything."
