24 Dec 2017

Giddiness, lost sense of balance, difficulty to focus vision, increased sensitivity in the eyes to light and busy environments and hearing difficulties or ear discomforts are possible symptoms of vestibular disorders. Generally, one should understand the medical reasons behind any sense of giddiness and seek a doctor's consultation in severe cases. SKH Principal Physiotherapist, Tay Ee Ling demonstrates a series of gaze stablisation and balance-training exercises that may be beneficial to addressing the issues of giddiness and vestibular disorders.
