"Healthcare professionals often go above and beyond their call of duty for their patients. A patient once asked me to record a video message for his wife and son and entrusted me to give the video to his family when he passed on. He was feeling weak but gathered all his energy to record the video.  I did not understand his message as it was in his mother tongue but felt his sincerity and how important it was to him to complete the recording.

When I gave the video to his family, it touched me to see how much it meant for the family to hear and see their loved one again.  I remember his wife telling me that it is the best gift she has ever received."
