​“Although we work behind the scenes and do not have direct contact with patients, our work has great impact on patient care. By providing accurate and timely laboratory test results, we help ensure that patients have access to appropriate treatment as soon as possible.   We face different challenges as our work involves a lot of critical thinking, analysis and troubleshooting. Overcoming these challenges to give patients the best care possible is the most fulfilling part of my job.”
