"I have always wanted to help other people in need.  The most rewarding thing about what I do is to be able to see my patients walk for the first time, and can breathe normally without relying on a machine.

One of the biggest misconceptions that I get from people is that they think physiotherapists provide massage services to people.  But that is certainly not the case because we are involved in other aspects of work as well, such as patient education, restoring physical functioning through rehabilitation programmes, and also campaigning to reach out to the community while being a mentor to junior physiotherapists."
