Here's a check list of screenings men should do in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s.

Liver | - For those with a family history of hepatitis B infection or liver cancer: ^ Hepatitis B (Hep-B) screening and immunisation - For those with chronic hepatitis B and C: ^ 6-monthly alpha-fetoprotein test - For those with liver cirrhosis: ^ Yearly ultrasound examination |
Eye check | - Annually if you have myopia |

Prostate cancer | - Early prostate specific antigen (PSA) blood screening: For men with close relatives with prostate cancer starting before age 60 |
