Sweet & Sour Seabass with Jackfruit - Shared by Kok Leng and Claire

INGREDIENTS

Seabass fillet

Onion

Corn flour

Jackfruit

Sweet and sour premix sauce

 

STEPS

  1. 1. Wash and cut seabass fillet with diagonal deep slits in criss-cross pattern, sprinkle salt and pepper. Set aside

    2. Slice yellow onions. Cut jackfruit into thin strips

    3. Coat seabass fillet with corn flour and deep fry for 10mins or until cooked, set aside

    4. On a pan, fry onions and pour in premix sweet and sour sauce. Add 1/2 a cup of water and bring to a boil

    5. Drizzle the sauce over fried seabass and garnish with jackfruit strips

About the participant

I am a full time working mother who tries to cook dinner every day as I believe home cooked meals are healthiest for my growing child. As i do not have luxury of time after work, the dishes that I cook are mostly simple and easy, most importantly child-friendly.
