About the participant
My name is Kathy. I am in my early 30s and I work as an engineer and often need to travel abroad for extended period of time for overseas assignments. When I have the chance to be at home, I like cooking healthy food by myself. I like trying new recipes, and I mostly get my ideas from my mother, my friends, magazines and YouTube. This allows me to eat healthily after being on long overseas assignments, where I have to dine out for every meal.
