Steamed Chicken in Wine - Shared by Lizzie V

Ingredients

Chicken (mid-joints) - 15 nos

​Huadiao Wine - 2 tblspn

Light soy sauce - 1 tblspn

Oyster sauce - 1/2 tblspn

​Sugar - 1/2 tspn

Chicken stock - 1/2 cup

​Ginger (julienned) - 3 slices

​Wolfberries - 2 tblspn

Steps

1) Marinate chicken with wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.

2) Leave in fridge overnight.

3) Add chicken stock, ginger and wolfberries.

4) Steam for 30min, or until cooked. Enjoy!
