Steamed Chicken in Wine - Shared by Lizzie V
Ingredients
Chicken (mid-joints) - 15 nos |
Huadiao Wine - 2 tblspn |
Light soy sauce - 1 tblspn |
Oyster sauce - 1/2 tblspn |
Sugar - 1/2 tspn |
Chicken stock - 1/2 cup |
Ginger (julienned) - 3 slices |
Wolfberries - 2 tblspn |
Steps
1) Marinate chicken with wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
2) Leave in fridge overnight.
3) Add chicken stock, ginger and wolfberries.
4) Steam for 30min, or until cooked. Enjoy!
