Chicken Sausage Garlic Rice - Shared by Si Ying

Ingredients

Chinese sausages (sliced) - 3 nos

Chicken breast meat (shredded)

Dried shrimps

Eggs - 2 nos

Cooked rice

Garlic (to taste)

 

  1. Steps

    1) Fry sliced Chinese Sausages (no oil needed) and remove from pan

    2) Add garlic to pan, and fry to fragrant 

    3) Add chicken breast, and fry

    4) Add rice, and fry

    5) After 1 minute, add beaten eggs

    6) Add chilli to taste (optional)

    7) Add Chinese sausage back to pan

    Voila! Your Chicken Sausage Garlic Rice is done!
