Baked Salmon with Vegetables - Shared by Shalee Teo
Ingredients
Salmon fillet |
Potato |
Asparagus |
Carrot |
Parsley (dried) |
Garlic |
Salt |
Olive oil |
Lemon |

Steps
1) Boil potatoes with skin on.
4) Peel and slice carrots and garlic. Cut asparagus. Slice lemons.
5) Rub pinch of salt on salmon, then apply olive oil.
6) Oil a piece of aluminum foil. Place garlic, carrots, asparagus on foil, and salmon on top.
7) Place 3 slices of lemon on top of salmon. Wrap up the aluminum foil with ingredients inside.
8) Bake in oven for about 15 to 25 mins, or until cooked.
9) Peel skin off boiled potatoes. Mash it with salt to taste and dried parsley to preference.
10) Plate mash, salmon and baked veggies. Squeeze half a lemon over the dish and garnish with slices of lemon at the side. Enjoy!
Chef Tip: You can eliminate salt completely if you like your food au naturel.
