About the participant
I'm Paige, a working mum (now at home) to a cheeky 10 months young baby girl. Having to juggle working at home and taking care of my baby girl, baking is the most efficient way to making healthy home-cooked meals for our family of three. I chose to share this recipe because it is low in carbs and sodium, high in protein, fibre and iron. It is so easy to play around with the ingredients and flavours. We would offer the same food to our girl who has started solids.
