Overview

In a fast-paced society like Singapore, stress is an inevitable part of life. However, excess stress can cause problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, high bad cholesterol and poor sleep, which can in turn harm the heart. In this public forum, we will discuss the ways in which stress can harm the heart. We will then share on mindfulness and relaxation strategies to reduce stress and also on recommended strategies to get a good night’s sleep.
