"Some blood cancers are potentially curable but unfortunately, some are not.  It helps to take time to explain the prognosis and go through the treatment options in detail with our patients and their family members so that they can better understand their treatment plan. Taking time to listen to their needs and concerns also helps me to decide the best course of treatment with them."
