"Whenever I feel ‘stuck’ as an educator, I try to re-appraise the situation first. It’s easy to have the mentality that ‘this has worked with other learners before; why can’t it work now?’ But in reality, every learner is different in terms of their learning and communication styles. Instead, I try to sit down with the learner and work out what is needed in order to reach their goals."
