Teaching should be should be multifaceted.
"Teaching may be akin to nurturing a plant. Over-fertilising, over-watering and over-exposure to sunlight can overwhelm the plant and cause it to fail to thrive and flower.
Likewise, teaching should be should be multifaceted, in different formats and in optimal "doses", and hopefully, the learner will emulate and learn how to "fish" for knowledge himself."
