1. Find a healthy meal
Look out for dishes that are prepared with healthier cooking methods or ingredients. Think baked, grilled, steamed or boiled dishes, healthier oils and lower-sodium sauces.

2. Take a picture
Show us your meal! The tastier it looks, the better.

3. Post it on the Shiok & Healthy thread on our HealthXchange forum
Make sure your post includes:

• Name of the dish
• Where it’s from
• Cuisine tag
• Price tag
• Location tag
• Special diet tag, where relevant

What counts as a healthy dish?

We’re looking for meals that make healthier choices without compromising on flavour.

YES 

• Baked dishes
• Grilled dishes
• Steamed dishes
• Boiled dishes
• Healthier oils
• Lower-sodium sauces

NO 

• Deep-fried dishes
• Obviously oily dishes
• Very salty dishes

Posts that do not meet these criteria will not be considered valid entries.

SingHealth’s Shiok & Healthy is an initiative that aims to encourage you, and fellow Singaporeans to celebrate the joy of eating healthy! By sharing our favourite healthy dishes and learning from each other, we can build a trusted, community-powered guide to eating well across Singapore.

Our objective is to create a safe, credible and engaging online space where users can share their experiences and discuss healthy food tips.

At the end of the campaign in November, all unique valid entries will be included in the Grand Draw. Each valid post counts as one entry, regardless of the number of likes or comments it receives. Duplicate posts will be removed.}

_{The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The decision of the organiser is final.} 

_{Winners will be announced on all HealthXchange platforms on 7th December 2026.}

Participation in the Shiok & Healthy Giveaway is open to individuals residing in Singapore. Entries must be submitted from within Singapore.}

^{2. SingHealth Staff
SingHealth staff are welcome to participate in the campaign and submit entries. However, SingHealth staff are not eligible to win any prizes, including the monthly prizes and Grand Prize.}

<sup>3. Valid Entries
To qualify as a valid entry, the post must:
- Feature a dish that meets the Shiok & Healthy criteria.
- Include a clear picture of the dish.
- Include the name of the dish and where it is from.
- Include the relevant cuisine, price, location and special diet tags, where applicable.
- Meet any other requirements stated in the campaign instructions.</sup>

^{4. Assessment of Dishes
The HealthXchange team and SingHealth dietitians will have the sole and final discretion in determining whether a dish meets the Shiok & Healthy criteria for a “healthy” dish. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the assessment or decision. SingHealth reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that does not meet the criteria.}

^{5. Multiple Entries
Participants may submit multiple valid posts. Each valid post will count as one entry into the Grand Draw. Participants may also qualify for monthly prizes where applicable.}

<sup>6. Disqualification
SingHealth reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant that:
- Does not meet the campaign requirements or eligibility criteria.
- Contains false, misleading or inappropriate information.
- Contains AI generated or altered images.</sup>
- Is found to be submitted fraudulently or through artificial means.

^{7. Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. SingHealth reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable value where necessary.}

^{8. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced on all HealthXchange platforms in the first week of the following month. Winners will be contacted via with their HealthXchange forum account. If a winner does not respond within the stipulated period, SingHealth reserves the right to select another eligible winner.}

^{9. Changes to the Campaign
SingHealth reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the campaign, including the prizes, eligibility requirements or mechanics, at its discretion and without prior notice.}

^{10. Final Decision
SingHealth's decisions regarding the eligibility of entries, assessment of dishes, selection of winners and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.}

By participating in the Shiok & Healthy Giveaway, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.}
