I found that the article on Gout Diet on this website not useful at all.
This is because it mentioned about many vegetables that cannot be taken due to high purine contents.
If I am to follow strictly, I think there is almost nothing for me to eat except bread every day.
Are you all able to list down the purine level in all the common vegetables so that we really understand it?
For example, when I search the internet, it said that purine level in salmon is only 117 and it should be acceptable.

Please see the above link which state that spinach has a purine level of 57.
Asparagus has a purine level of 23.
So who is correct?
