Meatless Bibimbap - Shared by Cindy

Ingredients

Cucumber / Zucchini

Bean Sprouts

​Sesame Seeds

Gojujang

Sugar / Honey

Eggs

Carrots

Spinach

White rice

Soya Sauce

Sesame oil

Kimchi

Steps

1. Julienne cucumber / zucchini, carrots. Pan fry them with sesame oil separately

2. Blanch bean sprouts and spinach

3. Fry sunny side up eggs

4. Assemble all cooked ingredients on top of white rice

5. Sauce: Mix 2 tblspb of gojujang with 1tblspn of soya sauce and some sugar / honey. Dilute with 1 tblspn of water. Add in sesame seeds

6. Mix all ingredients and add kimchi into bibimbap
