Cauliflower fried rice - Shared by Catherine Tan

Ingredients

Butter​Egg
​Garlic and onions​Spring onion
​Capsicum​Himalaya salt
​Cauliflower

Preparation time: 5mins

Cooking time: 5mins

Steps

1. Grate the cauliflower

2. Chop up the capsicum and spring onion

3. Break an egg and add in seasoning e.g. soya sauce or salt

4. Heat the wok with butter and stir-fry the garlic and onions. When done, set them aside

5. Fry the eggs (scrambled egg style)

6. Pour in the cauliflower rice and stir-fry, add in the garlic and onions

7. Add in salt and spring onion

Tip: Add sausage or meat of your choice for extra protein :) Sprinkle some sesame and black pepper after adding cooked meat
